 Tosa Inu
My breed was developed in Japan by dog-fighting enthusiasts who set out to produce an inconquerable pit fighter, so I am an instinctive guard dog.
I am extremely strong and determined, so I need firm, fair handling by an experienced dog owner, even though I am probably more people-oriented than one might think, considering my heritage.
When fully grown, I am between 24 and 26 inches tall (61 to 66 centimeters) and I weigh between 125 and 200 pounds (56.3 to 90 kilograms).
