My breed is indeed one of the oldest of all, dating back to ancient Egyptian records as early as 3000 BC.
My breed has been known and respected through the years for its hunting ability, speed, and endurance.
My coat comes in two styles: smooth and silky, with light feathering on the legs, thighs and ears; and smooth, with no feathering at all.
I am devoted to my people family and have a strong desire to please.
I do require a large area to run and exercise in order to stay fit, healthy and happy.
When fully grown, I am between 23 and 28 inches tall (58.4 to 71.1 centimeters).
