Pembroke Welsh Corgi
I am one of the favorite dogs of the British Royal Family and I have had my picture made with the Queen very often. That hasn't given me the big-head, though.
I am still just a sweet, devoted little dog who came from a hard-working cattle dog family. My coat is medium-long and straight with a dense undercoat. It needs to be brushed daily.
My head and face remind some folks of a fox, but my tail certainly doesn't, because we Pembroke Corgis usually have our tails docked!
My appetite is quite good, so I need a little help from my owner to keep my weight down.
When fully grown, I am between 10 and 12 inches tall (25.4 to 30.5 centimeters) and I weigh between 26 and 30 pounds (11.7 to 13.5 kilograms).
