 Miniature Pinscher
Please do not confuse me with the Doberman Pinscher, as I am not a scaled down version of that breed at all.
The fact that I bear a strong resemblance to the Doberman is purely coincidental. I was originally employed to keep the rat population under control in stables, but these days I mostly serve my people as a house pet and companion.
Not that I don’t contribute to the household in some tangible manner, because I certainly do. I am an excellent watchdog. I am also very intelligent and disciplined.
As an added bonus, my coat is practically maintenance free.
When fully grown, I am between 10 and 12.5 inches tall (25.4 to 31.8 centimeters) and I weigh between 8 and 10 pounds (3.6 to 4.5 kilograms).
