 Maremma Sheepdog
I might not be quite as large as most of the other breeds of flock guardians, but I make up for it in stamina, strength and endurance. I am alert, independent, and always in control.
Some folks say that I am not particularly affectionate, but I am loyal beyond compare.
My profuse coat comes only in white and requires frequent brushing, but no elaborate grooming or clipping.
I also need quite a bit of outdoor exercise to stay fit and healthy.
When fully grown, I am between 25 and 29 inches tall (63.5 to 73.7 centimeters) and I weigh between 70 and 100 pounds (31.5 to 45 kilograms).
